Who are we?

Our founder: James Sudarsono

At the age of 20, I first stepped into the world of real estate. With family that invested in the residential market shortly after the 2008-2009 financial crisis, I had the opportunity to learn about the industry from the inside out.

I spent the first few years of my career working with and for my parent’s house flipping business, which taught me the inner workings of project management, construction, and raising private equity.

Fast forward a few years - I launched my own company alongside a few partners in 2019, and we’ve never looked back.

The past several years has grown tremendously, working on 70+ projects consisting of single-family flips, ADU conversions, room additions, and new construction developments.

Working in the world of private equity and raising investor capital for projects has shown me that involving others is of utmost importance.

We would not be where we are today if we did not build relationships with trusted investors, partners, and team members along the way.

Our goal today is to invite YOU into the world of investing in real estate.

Whether that is through investing alongside SONO in one of our projects, or learning how to flip houses with the SONO System, the best thing we can do is to get YOU involved.
